Our focus is on Continuity of Care.   We provide consistency in all aspects of one’s care.  Because we are a doctor and nurse and are active in the direct day to day care of all of our residents, we are able to provide a high level of continuity of care.  
 
The Owner, RN and Administrator, MD, provide hands on management and interact directly with each resident and their families on a regular basis.   We work side by side with our caregivers, providing hands on personal care, ongoing support, and education.  By physically interacting with each resident on a regular basis and working closely with our caregivers we are able to assess and monitor each resident closely.   

We have outstanding communication with our residents and their families.  We are able to fill- in gaps in communication that occur when a senior interacts within the health care system and provide support, comfort, and direction during difficult and confusing times.


A high staff ratio allows staff the time they need, not only to meet residents physical needs, but time to listen and meet residents social and emotional needs as well.

Our staff is broadly trained staff.  All staff are certified in Medication Management, Care giving and Dementia Management.  They also receive on- going education by the Doctor and Nurse on a variety of    issues on how to meet each individual’s emotional and physical needs.
