Take Break breaks and don't work 24/7. Care giving is hard work so take respite breaks frequently. Provide yourself credit and enable yourself to feel valued for doing the best you can in one of the most difficult tasks there is! Many are not mindful that care giving is a highly experienced task even if it is not compensated as such.
